Real Estate Made Simple is operated by AQC Technologies LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we" and "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and us. They apply when you use usrealestatemadesimple.com or buy our books. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
What you’re buying
Our books are digital PDF files. Right after purchase, we email you a link to your library, where you can download them anytime. Prices are in US dollars and are a one-time payment; there is no subscription. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
How you can use the books
When you buy, you get a personal license to use the books for your own study. You can keep the files on your own devices and print copies for yourself.
You may not share, resell, upload, or otherwise distribute the files, or use them to create a course, class, or competing product. The books and everything in them are © AQC Technologies LLC.
An independent study aid
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by PSI Services LLC, Pearson VUE, ARELLO, NAR, any state real estate commission or licensing agency, or any pre-licensing school or publisher. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe what the books cover.
What the books cover
The books are a study aid for the national portion of the real estate salesperson exam in states that use PSI or Pearson VUE. They do not cover your state’s laws and rules unless a book is sold as a state pack, and they do not fully cover the California, Florida, or New York exams, which are written by those states. They don’t cover the broker exam.
The books don’t replace your pre-licensing course, your textbook, or your state’s real estate commission. Exam content and state requirements change, so always check your candidate handbook and your state’s real estate commission.
We work hard to keep every page accurate. If you spot an error, please email us and we’ll fix it.
Not legal advice
The books explain real estate concepts so you can study for an exam. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and they don’t tell you how the law applies to any real transaction. For that, talk to a licensed attorney or other qualified professional in your state.
No guarantee of results
We can’t promise that you’ll pass your exam. Results depend on many things, including how you study. If the books don’t help you, our 7-day money-back guarantee (see the refund policy) applies.
Limitation of liability
The books and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
